Terms of Use
idahoscorecards.com
Effective: May 9, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of idahoscorecards.com (the “Site”), operated by Floor Vote Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an Idaho limited liability company. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this site
The Site is a legislative scorecard aggregator. It collects and displays scorecard ratings published by various third-party organizations and computes a conservative average score for Idaho state legislators. The Site does not produce its own original scorecards (other than the calculated average) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the scoring organizations whose data it aggregates.
The Site is published by Floor Vote Holdings LLC, a private for-profit media company. We are not a political action committee, a nonprofit, or a campaign organization.
2. Third-party scorecard data
The scorecard ratings displayed on this Site are created and published by independent third-party organizations. We aggregate this data as a convenience to readers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the data we display is current and accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party scorecard data.
Each scoring organization uses its own methodology, selects its own votes or criteria, and assigns its own ratings. We do not control those methodologies and are not responsible for how any organization scores a legislator. If you have questions about a specific score, contact the organization that produced it.
If you believe we have displayed a third-party score incorrectly, please contact us at info@floorvoteholdings.com and we will verify and correct as needed.
3. Conservative average calculation
The Site calculates and displays an average of the conservative-aligned scorecard ratings for each legislator. This average is our own editorial product. It is a simple mathematical average of the scores we have aggregated and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an endorsement or condemnation of any legislator, and it should not be treated as a definitive measure of any legislator’s ideology or effectiveness.
The organizations included in the average, the weighting (if any), and the methodology for selecting which scores to include are editorial decisions made at our sole discretion. We may add, remove, or adjust the organizations included in the average at any time.
4. Not legal, political, or campaign advice
The information on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, political, or campaign advice. We do not recommend for or against any candidate, and our data should not be the sole basis for any voting decision.
5. Financial support
The Site accepts voluntary financial support from users. These payments are contributions to a for-profit media company and are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Financial supporters receive no editorial influence, no early access to data, and no special treatment of any kind. Support payments are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
